This comprehensive course, aligned with IIBA’s BABOK Guide v3 and the CBAP exam content outline, designed to prepare experienced business analysis professionals for the Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification exam offered by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA).

The program provides a thorough review of the knowledge areas and competencies outlined in IIBA’s Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) Guide, with a focus on developing the expert-level skills required to pass the CBAP exam.

Additionally, the course includes a module on professional branding, specifically tailored to help participants effectively showcase their CBAP certification on LinkedIn and other professional platforms.

This course is ideal for experienced business analysis professionals with at least 5 years of practical work experience.

This course will help qualified professionals prepare for the CBAP certification exam and maximize the impact of their certification on their professional profile.

Please note: To qualify for the CBAP Certification Examination, participants must have:

  • Minimum 7,500 hours of business analysis work experience aligned with the BABOK Guide in the last 10 years
  • Minimum 900 hours in four of the six knowledge areas (Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring, Elicitation and Collaboration, Requirements Life Cycle Management, Strategy Analysis, Requirements Analysis, and Design Definition Solution Evaluation)
  • 35 hours of professional development in the last 4 years
  • Two references from a career manager, client, or CBAP recipient
